Renato Capobianco, MA, CSCS - Founder

Renato Capobianco has been involved in virtually all facets of soccer in the United States for over 25 years.

From 1991-'94, he served as Team Administrator for the Men's US National team as it prepared form the 1994 World Cup. During this period, the US National Team played over 80 games in over 24 countries culminating in the 1994 World Cup that was held in the United States.

He has also worked in Major League Soccer as both an assistant coach (Tampa Bay Mutiny, New England Revolution) and as a Director of Soccer (San Jose Earthquakes, New England Revolution). He has served as a strength & conditioning coach at Harvard University and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association.

Renato also serves as a staff & ODP coach for Mass Youth Soccer as well as a coach for the nationally acclaimed Greater Boston Bolts Soccer Club. He holds an A License from US Soccer, a Premier Diploma from the NSCAA, and a Masters Degree In Excercise Science from San Diego State University.

Capobianco has previously had soccer conditioning articles & videos published on strengthcoach.com and authored the chapter on Fitness & Conditioning in the book, "Coaching Dynamics" written by Steve Nicol and Matt Driver.

Recently, Renato owned his own personal training business and coached the Weston High School (MA) Varsity Boys team to a Massachusetts state soccer championship. He is currently the Boys U15 ODP Head Coach for Massachusetts.
